Sleep Out with SSJ and make a real difference to young, homeless people in Hampshire

Returning to St Mary’s Church Grounds for it’s second year, we are very excited to announce the Society of St James “End Youth Homelessness” Sleep Out 2016 will be held on

FRIDAY 11TH NOVEMBER 2016, in SOUTHAMPTON

REGISTER NOW FOR YOUR PLACE TO JOIN US ON THIS CHALLENGE HERE!

The registration fee will be £5 until September 1st, when it increases to £10, so be sure to sign-up today, to not miss out on this offer!

If you would like to enter as a team, please follow the instructions on Eventbrite to create your team and you can start inviting your members to join you.

We are asking individual participants to aim to raise £250 and every 5 members of a team to aim to raise £1000. Please don’t let this target put you off entering- the SSJ fundraising team are on hand to give you lots of help and advice in raising your sponsorship!

Last year, this event raised £16,500 which has had a huge impact on the services we provide for local young people.  All the money raised at this event will go towards helping us to support hundreds of young people, throughout Hampshire, to escape the cycle of youth homelessness.  People like Joe and Gemma, who, with SSJ’s help, have made huge steps to ensure they do not return to homelessness again.

Read enough? Register TODAY!!

If you would like to read a participant’s story, Lee is returning to SleepOut this year for his triple and he wrote this great account of why he keeps coming back to Sleep Out year after year.
