The Society of St James has teamed up with Pompey in the Community to provide a sport, fitness and education service.
The Re – Fit programme is open to Adults in Portsmouth area affected by issues such as substance use, homelessness, or with other care and support needs.
We provide daily leisure activities, which can significantly improve quality of life, physical and mental health, self esteem and social interaction. In addition to this we aim to create pathways into education, volunteering and employment.
We currently run weekly badminton, football, gym, NVQ- Health & Social care Levels 2 & 3, Table tennis, Chess club and Boxing / fitness sessions.
