The Society of St James is not just a homelessness charity, we also run a range of addiction services. We manage the Southampton Drug Intervention Programme (DIP) for drug users that are in the criminal justice system.
We also manage the Hampshire IOM (Integrated Offender Management) Service, which supports offenders, throughout the county, at risk of homelessness on release from prison.
SHARP (Southampton Harm Reduction Partnership) is an assertive outreach service and needle exchange harm reduction programme that is run by the Society of St James in partnership with the Hampshire Partnership Trust.
For those who have progressed through our addiction services or have received treatment elsewhere and are now feeling more stable, our Aftercare services offer support with staying drug free and integrating back into a non drug centred lifestyle.
