What to do if a friend overdoses on heroin.
Injecting drugs is very risky; people who inject put their lives in danger more so than other drug users. Accidental overdose is the most common cause of death so it is vital that you know what to do if a friend goes over.
The Society of St James has produced this film along with Dr Sunhea Choi and the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton in order to help inform the public and our service users about the dangers on injecting.
A smaller version of this film is available for use on mobile phones, so we hope to be able to spread the message and encourage drug users to share the video with their mates.

If you are worried about your own or someone else’s drug use, please contact The Bridge.
