The Society of St James has teamed up with Southampton FC’s Saints Foundation to provide Saints4Sport, a fantastic sports, fitness & education service for vulnerable people in Southampton.
Saints4Sport is free to all SSJ service users, and with leisure activities available daily, it can significantly improve quality of life, physical & mental health, self esteem, social interaction, goal setting, and motivation. In addition to this it can also create pathways into volunteering or education.
